Our services

We design visual solutions that give a brand a recognisable look and work across every area of its business

1

Logo design

We design the logo based on the brand’s foundations, its positioning and competitive landscape. We develop a distinctive mark that becomes the starting point for further work on the visual identity.

  • mark construction and variants
  • clear space and minimum sizes
  • typography and colour palette
  • files for print and digital
2

Key Visual

We develop a graphic system covering motifs, compositions and visual elements, together with the rules for their use. This gives the brand a recognisable style that identifies it even without the logo.

  • motifs, patterns and backgrounds
  • photography and illustration style
  • icons and graphic elements
  • examples of use
3

Brand Book

We prepare visual identity documentation that sets out how each element should be used. The brand book is a reference point for the company’s team and external contractors when designing new materials.

  • logo usage rules
  • colours with print and digital codes
  • typography and graphic style
  • composition rules and examples of use
4

Packaging

We design packaging that reflects the product’s positioning, the specifics of its category and the needs of its buyers. We combine the brand’s visual identity with a clear presentation of information and an aesthetic suited to its market segment.

  • packaging graphic design
  • dielines and print files
  • variants for different products
  • packaging visualisations

When does your brand need a new visual identity?

We design visual identities for new brands and for companies whose image needs to change as the business grows, sets new goals or shifts its market position. Depending on what is needed, we create an identity from scratch, carry out a rebrand or develop an existing visual system.

  • Bringing a brand to market
  • Repositioning
  • Growth and change of scale
  • New target audience
  • Expanding or changing the offer
  • Brand merger

How do we work on a visual identity?

We design a visual identity in three stages. First, we get to know the company and set the design brief. Then we develop a concept and expand it into a visual system. Finally, we prepare the documentation and files that allow the identity to be used.

1

Planning

We start by getting to know the company, its offer, its audience and its competitive landscape. We analyse the current image and visual materials, and talk about expectations and the goals the new identity should achieve.

We take into account any existing assumptions about the brand’s positioning. On this basis we define the scope of the project, the aesthetic direction and the requirements the visual system should meet.

2

Design

We prepare moodboards showing the proposed aesthetic directions. They let us assess together the style, colours, typography and overall character of the future identity before the actual design work begins.

Based on the agreed brief, we develop graphic concepts. Once a direction is chosen and the feedback discussed, we develop the design, refining its individual elements and the rules for using them.

3

Implementation

We prepare the final elements of the visual identity and documentation setting out the rules for their use. Depending on the scope of the project, this may include a brand book with guidelines on the logo, typography, colours, graphic elements and composition.

We hand over the finished files and the materials agreed in the scope of work. If needed, we walk the client’s team through the rules for using the identity, so it is easier to apply correctly and develop further.

Why it’s worth it

We develop an identity that brings order to how a brand looks, speaks and acts

Why? Above all, to build recognition and trust. A brand that works well supports the strategy, reaches the right audience, positions the company in line with its vision and gives credibility to its mission.

1

Your brand has character

Your brand is consistent, so it becomes recognisable and memorable even in a crowded category.

2

You gain customers' trust

Consistent communication, aesthetics and conduct build credibility and the conviction that this is a company you can trust.

3

You act consistently and deliberately

You have clear guidelines that bring order to communication across the whole team and make decisions easier.

4

You use a ready-made system

Instead of starting from scratch every time, you have a consistent set of tools. You save time and make better use of your budget.

5

You build the value of your brand

A strong identity is long-term capital. It attracts customers, supports sales, increases growth potential and helps you attract good employees.

COMPREHENSIVE PROCESS

We will build a strong character for your brand

Building brand awareness is not a one-off project, it is a process you carry out every day. We will help you put it in order. You will get guidelines that help you act systematically, without the risk of losing consistency.

Questions and answers

Questions about visual identity

What does visual identity include?

The logo, typography and colour palette, key visual, graphic patterns, and photography and illustration style. If needed, we also work on the brand's verbal layer: its name, tagline and tone of voice. We bring it all together in a brand book.

How long does it take to design a visual identity?

Usually 2-4 weeks. The timing depends on the scope, for example whether we are also designing packaging or the brand name.

Where do you start when working on a brand?

With a short meeting about how the brand looks and communicates today. Then we run a workshop where we define the mission, values, personality and differentiators together. If you already have them worked out, we put them in order.

Do I need a brand strategy in place?

No. We establish the basics in a workshop at the start of the project. If you already have a strategy, we build on it.

What will I find in the brand book?

Logo construction and variants, clear space, colours with print and digital codes, typography, graphic patterns, photography style and brand language guidelines. That way anyone who creates materials knows how to do it.

In what form will I receive the designs?

At the end you receive the brand book and a complete set of graphic files and fonts. Once the project is finished, we remain at your disposal.

Will you apply the identity to company materials?

Yes. We design printed materials, presentations and templates, social media graphics and packaging. We can also introduce the new brand to your team.

How much does a visual identity cost?

The price depends on the scope, that is, which elements we design and how many materials we apply them to. We prepare a quote, together with a timeline, after a conversation and an online meeting.
